Kevin Keegan has been hired as the manager of Newcastle for the second time. Keegan was the manager for Newcastle back in the 90’s and came very close to leading the club to the Premiership title. Like I said when Allardyce got sacked, I think he should’ve been given the entire season. With that being said, Keegan is a very popular figure over on Tyneside, so it should be a good fit. As long as Newcastle owner Mike Ashley backs Keegan and they get some more players into the squad, it should work out pretty well. Whether Kevin Keegan can lead Newcastle to silverware is another issue entirely. We will find out soon enough. What do you think about the hiring? Leave a comment!
